This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products ordered through our website, which is fulfilled by third-party Print on Demand services. 

  1. Order Processing

1.1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

1.2. Order Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. 

1.3. Custom Orders: Custom orders may require additional processing time, and details will be communicated during the ordering process. 

  1. Shipping Rates and Options

2.1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping, additional fees and delivery times may apply. 

2.2. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

2.3. Delivery Options: Standard shipping options are provided, and expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. 

  1. Shipment Tracking

3.1. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. 

3.2. Tracking Updates: Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been shipped. If you have concerns about your tracking information, please contact the third-party Print on Demand service. 

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

4.1. Responsibility: Code Breaker Games is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier or the third-party Print on Demand service. 

4.2. Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Code Breaker Games is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 

  1. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

5.2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days, and we will coordinate with the third-party Print on Demand service to rectify the situation.
