Thank you for purchasing a product with Code Breaker Games. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Returns
We gladly accept returns for any unused, unworn, or defective merchandise purchased through our online store. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at support@codebreakergames.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
- Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at support@codebreakergames.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@codebreakergames.com as soon as possible.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
